A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock, we always produce according to order.

A: The MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 set according to machines size and its value. For big size machine MOQ can be 1 set; for small size machine MOQ at least 5 sets.

A: Yes, one sample order is welcome.

A: After receiving your payment, we start to produce your order. It usually takes about 15-45 days depending on the products you order.

A: Regular 30% advance payment and the balance when goods are ready and after inspection, before shipment. However, if total amount is small, we prefer to 100% prepayment to help save bank charges for both of us.

A: The warranty time of the machine is one year. During this period, we will send you the replacement for the broken part(not man made) with international express in 7 days.
