1. made of high-strength, low-temperature and wear-resistant steel plate, and two layers of ribs inside, which cannot be seen from the outside. This is also something our competitors do not have.
2. in welding ,we use the V-shape Beveling with 15mm welding gap .Compared with our competitor with 5mm point welding ,our beveling welding needs more time , labor and materials ,which could not be seen in outside ,it is more stronger for the column and boom to bear heavy duty .
3. The crane swivel base gears are solid and have a larger diameter to support the heavy duty lifting and flexible rotating .One-piece cast steel swivel base with High strength & big torque, our competitor use the Cast iron welding base ,easy broken.
